General Shipping Information
- We aim to process and ship all orders within 2-3 business days.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- Shipping costs and times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected.
- There will be NO refunds for orders that have already been shipped.
Freight Shipping
- Orders that ship out freight will be required to pay 50% of the freight cost.
- If shipping to a residential address, an additional $175 residential fee will apply. We will verify the residential status using Google Maps or similar verification services.
- If a liftgate delivery is required, a $50 liftgate fee will be charged.
Postal Mail Shipping
- Any order that ships out through postal mail will have a flat shipping rate of $30.
Damaged Products
- We take great care in packaging and shipping your orders. However, if you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order.
- We will replace any damaged product at no additional cost to you.
