Return and Refund Policy

Hey there! We want to make sure you're thrilled with your purchase. Here's the lowdown on our return and refund process:

Change of Heart? No Problem!

  • If you decide to cancel your order before it’s processed, just drop us a message, and we’ll take care of it. Keep in mind, there's a 10% refund fee on the total order.
  • Once an order has been processed and shipped, refunds are no longer available.

Oops! Damaged Goods?

  • If your product arrives damaged, snap a picture of the box and the damaged items and send it our way. We’ll send out replacements ASAP to make it right.

Return to Sender?

  • If your shipment gets sent back to us for any reason and you still want it, no worries! You’ll need to cover the full shipping cost to have it reshipped. We’ll send an invoice to your provided email with the exact shipping charges.
  • Please note, we do not offer refunds for orders that are returned to us.
